In this review, the principles of systems biology are described, and two different types of mathematical models used for studying metabolism are discussed: kinetic models and genome-scale metabolic models. 2021-04-06 Our research efforts focus on accelerating the development of future cell factories through integrated approach combining synthetic biology, systems biology and evolution engineering.
